9/28/16: Johnson City, TN- The Down Home. We made our way back to Johnson City after playing just outside of their a few weeks ago at Bristol Rhythm and Roots. The down home has had some legendary bluegrass acts and pickers come through and we were humbled to be playing the historic venue. This set was a ton of fun and it meant so much to us to see a great turnout on a weeknight. We even got to see John W’s brother and sister in law, Brian and Jess! After having a bean and cornbread soup we played the set and headed to stay with some new friends, who had seen us first at Bristol a week before. We had a fun night hanging with them as well as John’s family.
