9/23/16: Benton, IL- Sugar Creek Music Festival. We were so thrilled to be headlining a festival in Illinois, and Sugar Creek was filled with good people and great music. After making our way back down to southern Illinois (with a quick pit stop in Champaign to pick up a friend) we made it to Benton. Our good friend Dakota’s band, Porchfire, played an awesome set here at the fest and it we had a great time playing as well. I loved the tapestries on stage and I will never forget watching a fire swallower come front row during ‘Circles’ to perform. I think the whole band had his attention!
